A dynamic physical practice to release the emotional programming you have stored in your body - mind since the moment you were conceived. By using a series of postures, movement, sound and awareness you can release these blockages and gain access to a huge amount of your life force. What we think and how we feel affects our body releasing chemicals within our brain and body, thus creating emotional and physical patterns that end up being holding patterns within our lives.

Bio-Energetics helps you to break through these old patterns freeing you emotionally, mentally and physically. There will be a short discussion, then practice and release!
